Go to the cavern below the Tenshukaku. East of the Domain's marker is a cave. All of the onikabuto in this cavern is in this cave.
In caves underneath Tenshukaku, can be accessed through various entrances at base of island around the shoreline
there's a sanctuary near Kamisato Estate, down there are some tree roots and the onikabuto will be there :D
From Kamisato Estate > follow the red gates > small shrine on the left with a tree behind it.
It's in the base of the cliff, there's a tree at the right side of the entrance of the cave.
Climb the wall towards the bushes, on the right side of the shrine puzzle.
