To access this Pryoculus, You need to rescue the group of Tepetlisaurs by the bone structure, not far from the waypoint (STEP 1). Once you have rescued them, they will want you to follow them over by the cave entry, which then they breakdown the wall allowing you entry into the cave (STEP 2).
This one is hard to reach but if you fail there is at least a platform and a windcurrent for a second try. Another way: Continue the "Seeker no Finding" quest to unlock the teleport waypoint above. From there, jump down and turn to your side to the pyroculus and obtain it.
Accessible during the "Revelations from the Past" world quest (requires progression through the "Between Pledge and Forgettance world quest chain). Attack the nearby phlogiston rocks to cause an explosion which blows up the wall, revealing this pyroculus
Use the nearby waypoint. Face south and climb the ruined bridge. Turn to the right and descended the cave and fight the enemy. Complete the puzzle and use the anchor points to climb to the top and exit the cave, turn around and collect oculus.
the cave entrance is a camp, with a secret wall you'll need to use a Tepetlisauri to dig up the phlogiston monument infuse it at the wall behind the big dreamcatcher will open revealing the cave. once you're deeper inside simply turn left.
Locked behind a seal. To open you will have to collect 3 statues which you obtain from the relay color puzzle. When returning to the entrance after doing all the relay puzzles it will trigger the quest "To the Night, What is the Night's"
Oculus is underground, you need to start a quest "Tracer no tracing" to unlock the area. Use the higher lava pool's Jet-Set Eddie to jump towards it and then attack at the peak of the jump to dash to the pool the oculus hovers above.
To reach this island complete the secret source mechanism dragon found in the small peninsula straight across this island). After completion of the puzzle just climb the head and activate it, and it will take you to this island.
