To go here you theres a cave near by which you can go through and theres an elevator going down, once you reach there, you will see it on the path
Located by the painting in the underground lab. Entrance to the cave to get to the lab is in the south east corner of the lake under the water.
Down the lift, needs progression in the quest "Road to the Singularity", where you unlock the door after facing 2 mekas.
Next to the bookcase on the platform under the moving cog; accessible during the World Quest - Road to the Singularity
Up on the broken waterway. You can use the upper teleport way point to get there easier :"D
At the top of the building with two clockwork Mecha. It's next to the non-broken bookshelf.
It's beside the painting. Can be seen during the "Treacherous Light of the Depths"
Can be accessed during the World Quest: Unfinished Comedy (An Eye for an Eye)
