Placed behind a waverider waypoint, close to the port and the lumitoile is placed near metal sheets on the beach.
Walk to the right of the waypoint, on the beach and the lumitoile is placed on the sand nearby a bird on a rock.
Slightly below the Lumitoile to the southeast, on the level of these golden gear windows.
Right besides the little sand island. You might find a bubbler seahorse around.
