Use Memento Lens on the small fox statue on top of the small pillar on the island to unlock the Electrogranum. Use the lens again on the small fox statue in the middle and on the other side of the small island to unlock the two teleports for Electrogranum to go to the Electroculus. Or glide down
Use the 2 Relay Stones or get the electro status applied by touching the electro crystal and stand at a spot that forms a current to open the gate. If you have broken the crystal you can finish the puzzle by using Beidou's elemental skill press and hold to finish the puzzle.
Solve Lightning Strike Probe puzzle, Cube Devices puzzle and Time Trial challenge nearby in any order to activate nearby Electrogranum to reach this Electroculus. Alternatively, you can glide from the ledge near the Thunder Sakura east of the the waypoint near Xavier.
if you dont have venti just climp in the Tree and jump from it , you will take it. Alternatively, use traveler's skill from Geo form to lift yourself up. or use a tall character and stand on the highest part of the rock (the top is sloped) and jump from there
To find the entrance to the underground cave, you need to teleport to the waypoint nearest to the Raiden shogun castle. Glide down from the nearest cliff and just look around. There will be small cave. It is connected to the big cave from Ayaka´s story quest.
1.Go to underground area with ship wreck, accessible through a hole in the ground 2.Direct electoseelie to electrogranum summoning tree (on top of the ship wreck) 3.use electrogranum to go up [alt: fly down with amber/red fan/2 anemo chars from thunder bird]
Use the electrograna to form and get on the platform. Then use the thunder sphere to shoot up to the electroculus. The thunder sphere appears after completing the nearby electro cube puzzle. Solve the cube puzzle to make the thunder sphere accessible.
There's a barrier around this island. You can get the electroculus during "Sacred Sakura Cleansing Ritual" questline by following the seelie from underground and flying up using Thunder Spheres. You can also just climb the tree next to it...
