Tips for finding Udumbara

start the “Khvarena of Good and Evil” questline to obtain Sorush. this udmbra is on the cliff-face, use sorush to grab the sigil and place it above the flower spawner. fly up and hold sorush’s skill to create flower. use sigil to collect.
If you're having trouble with the flowers, make sure you press (not hold) Sorush's interact skill while hovering near the flower. Use the nearby four-leaf sigils to help maneuver around the flower and land on top to collect the item.
in order to obtain the Udumbara you have to use sorush on the heart looking things on the side of the clifs!!
Use Sorush and hold E (or R2 on your pad) near the green heart. Climb the flower to collect the Udumbara.
Equip Sorush and hold its elemental skill to make the Udumbara stay in bloom.
Hold Sorush E skill and collect the thing inside the flower
